This second story master bathroom was leaking and start smells like a mold behind the walls. The home owner called us (That’s his 3rd project with us) to evaluate and see how we can help.
we start with some lab tests, and while finish all mediation work we choose and picked all finish material so everything will be ready for our remodel.
it was really necessary because we found out that his old shower valve was leaking into his first floor ceiling, the studs was very wet.
4 weeks after the bathroom was completed with brand new tile floors, complete water proof custom walk in shower with top notched plumbing fixtures, floating vanity & with vessel sink and faucet, smart toilet, All modern European style to give some touches from back home.
